Regarding Transfer of Remaining W1TTY Customer Balances to Neo Finance
W1TTY Global Limited ("W1TTY") confirms that it remains in wind-down and is no longer providing regulated payment services or issuing electronic money.
W1TTY is not accepting new customers, onboarding new accounts, accepting customer funds, issuing or redeeming electronic money, or providing regulated payment services.
The company has entered into a Voluntary Variation of Permission process with the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") and is progressing the cancellation of its regulatory permissions.
Customers who continue to hold a remaining balance with W1TTY are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible to arrange withdrawal of their funds.

Important Notice Regarding Planned Transfer of Customer Balances of
WITTY GLOBAL UAB
01 June 2026
Witty Global UAB (“W1TTY”) hereby informs customers that, as part of the ongoing wind-down of its electronic money operations, W1TTY intends to transfer the remaining customer balance portfolio and certain related rights and obligations to the customers to NEO Finance, AB (“NEO Finance”), legal entity code 303225546, address Ukmergės st. 126, Vilnius, a financial institution authorized and supervised by the Bank of Lithuania.
Subject to completion of the implementation process and applicable requirements, the planned transfer is expected to take effect on 03 August 2026 (the “Transfer Date”).
What this means for customers
Customers who maintain a remaining balance with W1TTY as of the Transfer Date will have their balances and certain related rights and obligations transferred to NEO Finance for the purpose of continued administration and redemption of customer balances.
Customers who do not wish their balances to be transferred are encouraged to redeem and withdraw their balances before the Transfer Date.
Customer funds will continue to be safeguardedin accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements throughout the transfer process.
Your right to redeem your balance before transfer
Until the Transfer Date, you may continue to redeem and withdraw your balance in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions and legal requirements from W1TTY. If you do not wish your balance to be transferred to NEO Finance, you are encouraged to redeem and withdraw your balance before 03 August 2026.
If you do not withdraw your balance before the Transfer Date, this will be treated as your additional consent to: (i) thetransfer of your balance to NEO Finance; (ii) the conversion of any non-EUR balance into EUR.
Foreign currency balance
Balances maintained in currencies other than EUR will be converted into EUR prior to the Transfer Date as part of the transfer implementation process.
Customers who wish to withdraw funds in the original currency are encouraged to complete withdrawal prior to the Transfer Date.
Following the Transfer Date, transferred balances administered by NEO Finance will be maintained and redeemed only in EUR.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or operational constraints, non-EUR balances are expected to be converted into EUR using the applicable reference exchange rate published by the Bank of Lithuania on or around the conversion date.
Fees and charges
Currently, a funds administration and safeguarding fee of 0.5% per calendar month,calculated on the balance held, is applied by W1TTY. From the Transfer Date,the right to calculate and collect this fee will be transferred to NEO Finance.The fee will continue to apply at the same rate from the Transfer Date.
Certain transfer fees may apply in accordance with the applicable terms, conditions and operational arrangements.
Information regarding any applicable fees and charges will be communicated transparently prior to implementation of the transfer process.
Customer data and information
In connection with the planned transfer,certain customer information and account records will be transferred to NEO Finance to the extent necessary for:·
implementation of the transfer;·
safeguarding requirements;·
balance redemption;·
customer servicing;·
fraud prevention;·
anti-money laundering obligations;·
sanctions screening;·
and compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

• Post-Termination Fees: After today, in accordance with our Prices, Special Terms & Conditions of Products and Services, a funds administration fee of 0.5% per calendar month (with a minimum charge of GBP 1 per month) will be applied until your balance is depleted or withdrawn. Additionally, a dormant account administration fee of 0.5% per calendar month (with a minimum charge of GBP 1per month) will be applied after 12 months from today until the balance is reduced to zero or the funds are withdrawn.

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the decision to wind down our operations of W1TTY GLOBAL LTD. We have had the privilege of serving you, and we want to express our sincere gratitude for your trust and support.
Key Information:
• Wind-Down Activation: The wind-down process will commence from the date of this publication.
• Access to Services: W1TTY services, including our mobile application, will be operational for the next two months, allowing you to manage your accounts during this period. Therefore, in accordance with Clause 16.7 of W1TTY GLOBAL LTD General Terms & Conditions, your W1TTY account will cease to be active after a two-month period.
• Customer Support: Our dedicated support team will be available to assist you with any queries or concerns throughout the wind-down process.
• Fund Redemption: We encourage you to review your account balances and initiate any necessary fund redemptions within the next two months.
• Funds administration and dormant account fee: After termination of your W1TTY account, in accordance with the Prices, Special Terms & Conditions of Products and Services, a funds administration fee of 0.5% per calendar month based on the funds held and administered by W1TTY, with a minimum fee of GBP 1 per month will be applied until the remaining balance will become zero or until you withdraw your funds. In addition, a dormant account administration fee of 0.5% per calendar month with a minimum fee of GBP 1 per month shall also be applied after 12 months from the termination until the balance is reduced to zero or the funds are withdrawn.
