Wind down of W1TTY GLOBAL LTD’s Operations

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the decision to wind down our operations of W1TTY GLOBAL LTD. We have had the privilege of serving you, and we want to express our sincere gratitude for your trust and support.

Key Information:
• Wind-Down Activation: The wind-down process will commence from the date of this publication.
• Access to Services: W1TTY services, including our mobile application, will be operational for the next two months, allowing you to manage your accounts during this period. Therefore, in accordance with Clause 16.7 of W1TTY GLOBAL LTD General Terms & Conditions, your W1TTY account will cease to be active after a two-month period.
• Customer Support: Our dedicated support team will be available to assist you with any queries or concerns throughout the wind-down process.
• Fund Redemption: We encourage you to review your account balances and initiate any necessary fund redemptions within the next two months.
• Funds administration and dormant account fee: After termination of your W1TTY account, in accordance with the Prices, Special Terms & Conditions of Products and Services, a funds administration fee of 0.5% per calendar month based on the funds held and administered by W1TTY, with a minimum fee of GBP 1 per month will be applied until the remaining balance will become zero or until you withdraw your funds. In addition, a dormant account administration fee of 0.5% per calendar month with a minimum fee of GBP 1 per month shall also be applied after 12 months from the termination until the balance is reduced to zero or the funds are withdrawn.
• Communication Channels: Regular updates and information regarding the wind-down will be communicated through our website, social media pages, and direct emails.

Update on Witty Global UAB Operational Wind Down

We wish to inform you that Witty Global UAB will be concluding its operations as of today, 22nd June 2024, marking the final day of service as initially communicated on 23rd April 2024. Consequently, Witty Global UAB will no longer be providing financial services beyond this date.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude for your trust and support throughout our journey. Our dedicated support team remains available to address any queries or concerns you may have after the cessation of our services. For assistance, please contact our customer support team at contact@w1tty.com.

Important Information:
·  Access to Services:
Witty Global UAB's services, including its mobile application, will cease to operate after today, 22nd June 2024.
·  Fund Redemption: If you have any remaining balance, you may request a refund by contacting us at contact@w1tty.com.
·  Administration/Safeguarding Fee: Effective from 22nd July 2024, a 0.5% per calendar month fee will be applied on funds administered by W1TTY, with a minimum fee of €1 per month, until your balance is depleted or withdrawn.

·  Access to Services: W1TTY services, including our mobile application, will be operational for the next 60 days, allowing you to manage your accounts during this period.
·  Customer Support: Our dedicated support team will be available to assist you with any queries or concerns throughout the wind-down process.
·  Fund Redemption: We encourage you to review your account balances and initiate any necessary fund redemptions within the next 60 days.
·  Administration/ safeguarding fee: In accordance with the Prices, Special Terms & Conditions of  Products and Services, after 90-days from Wind-Down Activation, a 0.5% per calendar month based on the funds held and administered by W1TTY, with a minimum fee of €1 per month  funds administration/ safeguarding fee will be applied until the remaining balance will become 0 or until you will withdraw your funds.
